Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be:
✔ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✔ In the original packaging with tags attached
✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

  1. Start a Return online through your account or contact customer service.
  2. Pack Securely – Include the original receipt or order confirmation.
  3. Ship Back – Use the provided return label (if eligible) or a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. To exchange:

  1. Return the original item.
  2. Place a new order for the desired product.

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Swimwear & lingerie (if hygiene seals are removed)
❌ Clearance or “Final Sale” items
❌ Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  1. Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the issue.
  3. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

Store Returns

Purchases made in-store must be returned in-store.
